Formerly called Living in the Heart/Earth-Sky and offered by Drunalo Melchizedek,
the name Awakening the Illuminated Heart® now reflects the new teachings Drunvalo is passing on to certified teachers.
The Flower of Life Meditation was Drunvalo's first experience with a merkaba, or the light body that is around each of us.
This 17 breath meditation taught us to balance and fine-tune our chakras and the 8 points of our star tetrahedron, part of our merkaba field around our body.
It also taught us to remember how to breathe prana and to change the meeting place of prana to our hearts in order to be able to work with the fourth dimensional energy coming in.
Finally, this meditation taught us to activate our light body around us, our field of consciousness that holds all our experiences, memories, and learnings.
Recently, the angels told Drunvalo that this merkaba, or light body, created through the Flower of Life Meditation is actually created from the brain.
Even though the brain can hold a field of love, it is a dual organ and creates duality in all its creations. The angels said that in order to create a non-duality creation, we need to create from the heart.
Awakening the Illuminated Heart® is now Drunvalo's new teaching that teaches us to create from the heart
These new teachings connect the heart to the brain through the pineal gland, activating a new heart-based merkaba.
If you have been practicing the Flower of Life Meditation and have a merkaba, the Awakening the Illuminated Heart Meditation® replaces this brain-based merkaba with a heart-based one.
As a unified, mature merkaba, this light body is simpler, easier to use and program, and instantly activated
without speed ratios or complex rememberings.
